Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas Eve! Our office is closed to spend time with our families and celebrate the season. I hope you’re spending time with the ones you love, too.

Got Your Passports?

Attention Participants!

We’ve ordered 1,500 additional passports for The Elf on the Shelf Adventure® in Downtown Roanoke. The event runs through January 6th, so please let Will Terry from our Ambassador Program know if you need more passports while DRI is closed. You may also print copies of the passport if needed.

Reminders for the Holidays 🎄 

Below are a few reminders for the holidays.

1. Remember to notify your customers of adjusted hours and closures.

2. Communicate clearly with your employees about their schedules and hour adjustments.

3. Many employees request time off. Do you know who is working?

4. Schedule social media content in advance.

5. Change greetings as needed (phones, email auto-reply, social media messages, etc.)

6. The New Year is almost here. Prepare for your sales and events. (Don’t forget to submit those to our website!)

The following street closures and associated events may affect Downtown traffic and business for the week of December 23 - 29.

• Straight Street Youth Night on Friday, 12/27 & Saturday, 12/28 from 4pm - 11pm

  Closure: Luck Ave between 3rd St and 4th St
